Carefully unpack your gaming PC, ensuring you remove any internal packaging. Sometimes the packaging may be stuck to connectors inside the PC. If this happens, gently remove the packaging while securely holding the connectors. The foam used in your Jiyu-tech gaming PC is custom-fitted to protect its internal components. Remember to store all the packaging in case you need it for returns or warranty purposes. If you require additional packaging materials for return shipping, please reach out to our customer care team. 2. Check your gaming PC for any shipping damage. We thoroughly test and conduct strict quality control measures on each gaming PC before it leaves our facility. While most gaming PCs arrive without any defects even after going through third-party couriers, shipping can sometimes cause components to shift, detach, or sustain damage. If you notice any internal or external issues, please contact our customer care team immediately. If there are broken glass panels, do not attempt to handle or remove any glass shards from the surface of your computer, internal components, or the shipping box without wearing protective clothing. 3. Connect your desired peripherals to the Input/Output ports, making sure to plug any display devices into your graphics card. These ports are located horizontally midway down the back of your computer's case and are connected to your gaming PC's graphics card. There are also vertical ports among the USB and other Input/Output ports at the top of your gaming PC. However, please note that these vertical ports connect to your motherboard, which is not designed for high-performance gameplay. Using these ports may result in a significantly compromised gaming experience or no display at all. 4. Plug your gaming PC into a power source using the provided power cable. While similar power cables may be used with other appliances or computers, we recommend using the supplied power cable specifically designed for your Jiyu-tech gaming PC. Ensure that the power switch on your PC's power supply is set to the 'I' (on) position. If it is set to 'O' (off), your gaming PC will not power on. You can find the power switch at the bottom of your gaming PC tower, typically next to where the computer plugs into the wall. 5. You're ready to power on your computer! At Jiyu-tech, we thoroughly test every computer as a fully integrated product before shipping it to you. Your gaming PC has undergone benchmarking, quality control checks, and careful packaging. When you power on your PC, you should find an activated installation of Windows with all the necessary drivers for stock components, RGB software, and XMP enabled.
